Within the first seven days, I went from 20-40 page views a day to 1,200 page views in one day by August 8th. That’s incredible growth in just eight days!
I created a viral post!
The numbers kept growing too! I had a viral pin on Pinterest. How to create viral pins is one of the more extensive video topics in Ready Set Blog for Traffic. As the month progressed, my numbers grew every day. I had one day where I got 3400 page views! My goal for August was 5000 page views for the entire month, and I was blowing that goal out of the water.
Since I met my first goal in less than a week, I changed my goals. I was going for 10,000 page views. I then changed my goal to 20,000 page views. Then, I changed my monthly goal to qualify for and apply to Mediavine. Three weeks into August, I was turning in my Mediavine application. Y’all, I went from 1700 page views in July to 35,000 page views in less than 30 days! That is insanity!!!

Okay, I am intrigued. I had a semi-successful blog (somewhere in the hundreds each day for unique visitors, but lots of conversation), and I got burned out when I tried to take it to the next level. I ended up writing a lot of filler and click-bait. Then I tried starting an online life coaching business, but I gave up, because I loved working with clients but hated the marketing, seo, etc. There was just no passion in any of that. You are doing well, and yet you are staying true to your voice and your message. I will definitely consider this course once I have an income again!
