A note from Happy Simple Mom:
My kids recently started back to school, and so my days have opened up significantly. I’m using this new season of life to catch up on Happy Simple Mom, the house, and my self-development.
This week I’ve vacuumed my car (for the first time in an embarrassing long time), tidied up the garage, and read a lot.
I admittedly haven’t had much time to work on the house the past few years other than generally maintaining it.
You see, decluttering works in cycles. You declutter for the first time, and then, it’s ongoing. Sometimes, life gets in the way of our ongoing efforts, and that’s OK.
My efforts over the past two weeks got me wondering about you. No matter where you are in your decluttering journey, where is it you would want to start…right now?
This whole decluttering and simple living journey is a slow walk, not a race. Where is it that you want to start?
Small steps will get you there.
Sincerely,
Brooke, Happy Simple Mom
